Alaska ragdolls

Scratcher did last too long in there with them. Never had kittens chew on it before. Lol

So just gave Dolly and Teddy a bath and me along with it. Trying to dry them but they are helping by licking themselves so it is an uphill battle. Dolly (who has had many baths) decided I was trying to drown her. Agh.. I was trying to bath them in an open walk in shower. Maybe not the best idea.. I would have to drop the sprayer sometimes to hold Dolly still and it would land wrong side up spraying me directly in the face so then both her and I are trying to escape the spray...I am as wet as they are. I did her first because she is always the most difficult. Teddy no problem. He crys a few times but never fights it. Dollys takes like 3 times as long to wash ...him done like 3 minutes.
Couple things to remember:
1) For the most part cats wash themselves.
2)Never let them get chilled until they are fully dry.
3) Wash their faces with a rag so you don't get water in their ears( Could cause an ear infection).
4) Know you will get wet....sometimes very wet..💦 😸
I typed all this while still in my drenching wet clothes so talk to you all later. After they are dry will try to get a few new photos of them. ... See more
